Before the day
You do not need to prepare anything formal. Just bring one real workplace situation you would like to make easier — perhaps something involving communication, a decision, a handover, escalation, a recurring problem or follow-through.
Please keep examples de-identified. Do not include patient/client names, confidential clinical information, sensitive HR details or other identifying information.
What to expect
This is a practical day. We will use real examples, whiteboard work and simple tools to make communication, decisions and follow-through easier to navigate. The goal is not to remember everything — it is to leave with a few useful moves you can actually use.
Come ready to participate, test the tools and take what is useful.
